Go to Team in your account, enter their name and email, and choose a role. They will receive an invite to join and can then view or place orders based on the access you gave them.
Admins can manage people, billing, and account settings. Ordering access lets a person browse the catalogue and place or amend orders without changing account settings.
Yes. When you invite a team member you can choose whether they see rates or only product availability. Update this later from their team profile.
Open Team, select the person, and revoke access. They will lose the ability to view orders and place new ones immediately. Past orders they created remain in your account history.
Yes. A user can accept invites from multiple businesses and switch company in the account menu. Orders and invoices stay with the company they were placed under.
